I am Manju Mohan

Happiness comes from being healthy. Eating healthy and maintain your body and mind is all that takes. Today people let go off all the factors that makes our body and mind sane and in good condition. Diabetes, cardiovascular troubles and high blood pressure have become so common. But by eating right  with food that is grown here in our country and not following any fad diets, one can achieve the healthy mind and body.

Even though I did my BSc (Hons) in Microbiology from Delhi University and followed it up with Clinical research data management course, it was always in my mind that what can I do so that I can help someone lead a healthy and happy life.

Diploma in Dietetics, Health & Nutrition from VLCC is a one year diploma course on the best dieting practices around the world. I enrolled for this flagship course. Here we studied the basic aspects of how our food should be. After that I followed up with a three month Certificate Course in Weight management. During that course we did various workshops on mono diet, sports nutrition, various aspects of health and therapeutic nutrition, how we can heal people through natural diets. Armed with these qualifications, I joined a reputed online company as a health coach. I worked and interacted with many people. For the last four years, I have set up my own clinic to serve my clients better and help them lead a healthy and happy life.

Why is Healthy Nutrition necessary?

Most of the diet plans involve so sort of starving and change in diet regimes. This deprives the body organs of necessary nutrients. Any weight loss program which involves drastic results is bad for your health. It gives you quick and visible results but you will not be able to sustain and maintain the numbers.
